Donuts are a child’s favourite! But making it deep fried is way too unhealthy! Aden’s Mummy’s oven-baked donuts are not just delicious, but it’s time-saving as well! You just need pancake mix and you’ll be done with the recipe in 15min! Go try it out!

【材料】
1. 日式松饼粉 100g
2. 砂糖 20g
3. 鸡蛋 1个
4. 鲜奶 40ml
5. 原味无糖优格 40g
6. 无盐奶油 15g
7. 沙拉油少许
【做法】
1. 烤箱预热180度
2. 甜甜圈烤模内侧涂上一层沙拉油
3. 将蛋打成蛋液,加入砂糖,用打蛋器拌匀
4. 加入优格拌匀
5. 加入鲜奶拌匀
6. 加入松饼粉拌匀
7. 加入融化的奶油搅拌均匀
8. 放入烤箱,烤8-10分钟。
9. 用竹签刺入甜甜圈,若无面糊沾粘,表示已熟透。
10. 静置10分钟,散热后脱模。
[Ingredients]
1. Japanese pancake mix, 100g
2. Granulated sugar, 20g
3. Egg, 1
4. Fresh milk, 40ml
5. Plain greek yogurt, 40g
6. Unsalted butter, 15g
7. Salad oil, less appropriate amount
[Directions]
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degress celcius
2. Oil donut tray
3. Beat eggs, add granulated sugar, use a mixer to mix
4. Add yogurt and mix
5. Add fresh milk and mix
6. Add Japanese pancake mix and mix
7. Add melted unsalted butter and mix
8. Put in over and bake for 8-10 minutes
9. Use a toothpick and poke, ensure nothing sticks onto toothpick, then it's well done
10. Cool it for about 10 minutes, and remove donuts from mould.
